Parent Portal Access
Please send an email to SCEPortal@scsc.school to get your parent portal account created. You will need to include:
- your name
- your email we have on file
- your child's full name
Required Documents
- Immunization Records
- Proof of Residency
- Birth Certificate
- IEP, if applicable
Registration for the 25-26 School Year
If you have not already done so, please log into your parent portal and register for next school year. Registration for the 25-26 school year is completed through your parent portal. It is critical that ALL families complete this process so that we have accurate numbers to help us plan our sections for the next school year. We watch these numbers closely to determine if and to make adjustments so that our classes are balanced. This is the most important thing returning families can do to help us in the planning for the next school year.
Please log in to your Parent Portal to complete this process. You will need to click through all the sections before submitting the application. If you do not have a parent portal account set up or you need to reset your password, contact our office directly or send an email to SCEPortal@scsc.school. Be sure to include your name, the email we have on file for you, your child's name, and any information as to what we can do to help you.
EL families needing help with registration, please see the attached document, in English and Spanish, for information on setting up an appointment with our district translator.
For new families entering Silver Creek Elementary (Grades 2-5), before your application will be processed you will need to visit SCES's building. SCES's New Family Orientation and Documentation Drop-off will be on July 22nd - 23rd from 9:00-3:00. This should take about 15 minutes. SCES's office will be closed between 12:00-1:00 for lunch.
